Privacy Policy

UPNEXTQ is a virtual queue product owned by RPB Unlimited LLC. Red Photo Booths is the DBA operating the NorthPark Santa pilot. This policy explains how information is handled when a guest joins an event wait list, confirms arrival, receives queue updates, or communicates with event staff.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to manage a queue entry, including first and last name, email address, mobile number, selected message language, event and site, join and status timestamps, consent records, and messages exchanged about the queue entry. We also retain operational and security records needed to protect the service and investigate errors.

How we use information

• create, locate, and manage the guest's queue entry;
• send requested operational updates, including confirmation, arrival, delay, callback, capacity, and closing messages;
• allow staff to respond to queue-related questions;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service; and
• produce event and site analytics using operational queue records.

Mobile information and text messaging

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers, such as telecommunications and hosting providers, only to deliver and operate UPNEXTQ. SMS consent is not sold, rented, or transferred for another party's marketing.

Message frequency varies with the guest's queue activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to operational texts is not consent to marketing.

Retention and protection

Queue records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for event operations, reporting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. Access is limited according to staff roles and assigned events or sites. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used.

Your choices

Guests can decline operational texts, reply STOP to future messages, or ask nearby event staff to cancel a queue entry. A cancelled entry is retained with its timestamp and audit history rather than silently deleted from operational records.
