SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern operational text messages sent through UPNEXTQ, a product owned by RPB Unlimited LLC, for Red Photo Booths event wait lists.

Program summary: Guests who expressly opt in receive non-marketing messages about one queue entry, such as confirmation, arrival deadlines, delays, requests to return, capacity updates, and closing notices.

Opt-in and eligibility

A guest opts in by entering a mobile number during kiosk or remote registration and selecting the checkbox that expressly agrees to operational queue texts. Staff may record consent only when the guest directly provides it. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to queue activity and staff updates. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. After STOP, no further operational messages will be sent unless the guest provides new consent for a later queue entry. Reply HELP for help, ask nearby event staff, or email info@redphotobooths.com.

Service limitations

Joining a wait list or receiving a text does not guarantee service. Guests must follow the arrival and return instructions in their messages and check in directly with staff when called to return. Availability depends on event schedule, capacity, and operating conditions.

Privacy

Mobile information is used to operate the queue and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Review the complete UPNEXTQ Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version.
